Team clinics

Combine style training, before the season starts.

Clinic training is built to get players ready for an upcoming club or school season, a team tryout, or a showcase event. The focus is footwork, overall skill sets, and field concepts.

$125 per hour for team training, plus travel where it applies.

What a clinic does

Faster feet, quicker decisions.

Through cone drills, high intensity conditioning, and position specific work, players get more athletic and their lacrosse IQ goes up. Sense of urgency training is the part that shows on Saturday: thinking more quickly in a game situation, and making a better decision at the end of it. We train with purpose.

Before a season

Get the squad in shape together.

Conditioning and footwork across the whole roster, so the first week of practice is not spent finding out who is behind.

Before a tryout or showcase

Sharpen what gets looked at.

Position specific drills and combine style work on the things an evaluator notices in ten minutes on a field.

What gets drilled

The concepts, position by position.

The same list across one-on-one sessions, camps, and clinics. What changes is the pace and how much of it a given player needs.

  • Checkmark pivot shooting on the run, out of the dodge

  • Two move and go dodging

  • The two man game
