Rates

What training costs.

Individual and team rates are published below. Groups, youth and club training, and hiring a coach for a season all depend on the size of the group and how often you want to meet, so those are quoted on a call rather than guessed at here.

Whether it is worth it.

No two workouts are the same, as he constantly introduces new drills and exercises to develop the whole player. His workout is intense and well worth the time and money.
