Aidan Kilduff is a Division 1 lacrosse player currently competing as a starting midfielder at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Before heading to college he was a standout at Ward Melville High School, one of the most competitive lacrosse programs on Long Island, graduating in 2024.
Two years as a starting midfielder at the D1 level gives him an understanding of the game most trainers cannot offer. He knows what coaches at the next level look for, what separates good players from great ones, and how to build those skills from the ground up. Whether you are trying to make your high school varsity squad or competing for a college spot, training with someone living that journey right now gives you a real edge.
