Camps
A camp for the player, not the crowd.
Learn Lax camps concentrate on individual skills, game concepts, proper form, and fundamentals. The comprehensive approach is what makes the difference: every player leaves a more advanced player than they arrived.

How a session runs
Half drills, half game.
Skills taught in isolation do not always survive contact with a real possession, so every session ends by putting them back into one.
Skills by position.
Work on the concepts that matter for where a player lines up: shooting and dodging for offense, footwork and positioning for defense, arc and outlets for goalies.
Scrimmage.
Game situations, so the drilling from the first half gets used under pressure and against someone who is trying to stop it.
What gets drilled
The concepts, position by position.
The same list across one-on-one sessions, camps, and clinics. What changes is the pace and how much of it a given player needs.
